Welcome to Steadfast Plumbing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, scheduling service, or otherwise engaging with our business, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Offered

Steadfast Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, and emergency plumbing services. Certain services may require permits, inspections, or additional documentation as required by applicable municipal, county, or state regulations.

All work is performed by licensed plumbers or registered apprentices under supervision in accordance with Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1301 and the rules of the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE).

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection and are subject to change once the work scope is fully evaluated.

Upfront pricing: We will provide a written quote prior to starting any work.
Diagnostic fees: Trip or diagnostic fees may apply and will be communicated upfront.
Permit fees: Where applicable, required permits or inspections will be billed in addition to service costs.
Change orders: Any additional work outside the original scope will require a new estimate and customer approval.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and other payment methods as made available.

Deposits: Certain projects may require a deposit prior to work beginning.
Past due accounts: Accounts not paid within [15] days may incur late fees and collection actions.
Returned payments: Returned checks or failed payments will result in additional fees.

Financing and Installments

For qualifying projects, financing or installment payment options may be available through approved third-party providers. All financing is subject to approval and governed by separate agreements between the customer and the financing provider.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a service fee.
Missed appointments without notice may result in a non-refundable diagnostic fee.
Emergency service calls that are canceled after dispatch may incur a minimum service charge.

5. Emergency Services Disclaimer

Emergency response times are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed. Service arrival times can be affected by factors outside of our control (traffic, weather, job complexity, etc.). Additional fees may apply to emergency calls made outside of normal business hours.

Steadfast Plumbing is not liable for any damage or loss incurred as a result of delays in emergency response.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work.

Labor Warranty: Our standard labor warranty covers workmanship for [1 year] from the date of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
Manufacturer Warranties: Any manufacturer warranties on parts or equipment apply in addition to our labor warranty.
Exclusions: Warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorized alterations, pre-existing issues, or acts of nature (floods, storms, etc.).

Warranty work must be performed by Steadfast Plumbing. We reserve the right to inspect any claim before performing warranty repairs.

7. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steadfast Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage, or personal injury arising out of or related to the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. License & Legal Compliance

Steadfast Plumbing operates under Responsible Master Plumber Joseph Lopez, License #46280.
All work is performed in compliance with the Texas Plumbing License Law (Chapter 1301, Texas Occupations Code) and applicable local codes and regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, images, and graphics, is owned or licensed by Steadfast Plumbing. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Use

We collect personal information (such as name, phone number, email address, and service requests) for the purpose of scheduling services, communication, and customer support.

We do not sell or rent customer information to third parties.
Data may be shared with third-party service providers only as needed to deliver our services (e.g., payment processors, financing partners).

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration will take place in [Denton County, Texas]. Each party will be responsible for its own legal fees. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking relief in small claims court where appropriate.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
